CABIN CANCELLATIONS
- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
- If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check in.
- After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in.
- No refund within 7 days of check in.
- There will be a $10.00 processing fee on all cancelled orders.
RV & TENT CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your arrival will be refunded less a $10.00 processing fee.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days prior will result in a 50% refund.
- No refund up to 7 days before check in.
We will issue rain checks for use within 1 year, please call and make arrangements with the office.
